Community Center
The Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville Community Center is a sparkling new, state-of-the-art multi-purpose sports facility. The Center houses all of the Club's sports' programs. It consists of four IHSAA size basketball/volleyballs courts. Two of the courts are traditional wood courts and the other two have all-purpose Pulastic floors with a one lane track around the perimeter. Each court has six basketball goals that can be raised and lowered, and all courts are divisible into four separate courts by full length curtains. Each has its own separate scoreboard operation. A spacious main lobby houses concessions, vending, and has ample space for displays. A boardroom with a seating capacity for 30+ is located on the second floor as well as a small open meeting area with dry erase boards. All areas of the building are handicap accessible.
When the Club programs are not occurring in the facility, the Center will be open to outside groups at a rental fee. This allows our Club to host events such as sports leagues, tournaments, camps, and clinics that benefit youth from throughout Hamilton County. All applications for rental of the facility should be directed to
Alan Carmin at
acarmin@bgcni.org. The Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville reserves the right to accept or decline applications.
About the Center:
In 2000, a capital campaign began to "give the club back to the kids". Our sports programs had outgrown their current court space and were cutting into the space needed for our after school programs. The capital campaign was for the specific purposes of renovating the 1448 Conner Street facility and building a new Community Center that would house all of our sports and recreation programs. Our community responded and supporters made the dream come true. In September of 2004, the beautiful state-of-the-art facility, located at 150 N. 17th Street, was dedicated. The entire building is handicap accessible.
In 2008, more than 80,000 youth enjoyed
the Community Center.
