Our Club Auxiliary's purpose is to assist the staff with programs for youth and to facilitate and support fundraising activities. The 13-member Auxiliary Board is led by President Deb Castino. Several programs and events are hosted each year by the Auxiliary. Before school begins, Auxiliary members take Club kids to lunch and then shopping for needed school supplies. The organization also supports monthly classes at the Club, ranging from arts and crafts projects to cooking lessons.

The women's biggest fundraiser is their Annual Auction held at Harbour Trees Golf Club. This year's event offered bidders such items as tickets to Verizon Wireless Music Center, an Indianapolis Colts gift basket, and a father and son weekend adventure. The auction, held in 2007, raised $50,000 which will go toward the purchase of a climbing wall for Camp Crosser and twenty-five new computers to assist Club members with their homework.
